Notifications are emails and Slack messages sent out to a custom email address or Slack channel based on a specific user action.
These can be used to alert you and your team when a response or action is needed. This could be a timely nudge to allow a user to have their account verified, or could be set up to keep you abreast of other user actions, like downloads.
Notifications on this page relate to messages you and your team receive. Emails that the system sends out to your users have their “from address” configured as part of the setup process and are configured in a different way with customisable and brandable email templates.
Log into admin
Navigate to Settings > Notifications
Add email address to each notification you want to use
Select in the dropdown the frequency of when the to receive the notification(s)
Multiple emails can be added to each notification, each one comma delimited
Press save
To set up Slack notifications you first need to enable Incoming Webhooks in Slack.
