Projects are user only playlists, created within their own account that only they can viewed and listen to, although they can be shared with others via email or facebook/twitter if the user wishes.
Although a user can create their own projects and add tracks to a project on the front end of the site, tracks can also be added to those projects by an admin user via the admin, you may also want to create a brand new project for a user and add selective tracks you’d like the user to hear.

Log into the admin
Navigate to Catalog > Projects
On the top right of the page, click the ‘+’ Icon
In the edit panel, name the project and add a description (optional)
In the ‘owner’ field add the user you’d like to assign the project to (when typing, the user name/email should appear as an autocomplete result)
Add the tracks you would like to have in the project by typing what you’d like in the
Save the project
