Once a user has a filled in the signup form and received the verify email (selecting the verify link within), an email is sent to the address with the notification field ‘pending users’ . The email will give you details of the pending user and a link to the admin pending users page (located here)
Log into the admin
Navigate to Clients > Users
Click the ‘Plus’ icon on the right of the page to open the new user panel
Add the required fields Email , first name, last name, password (following the minmium criteria for our password standard)
If you wish to give the user admin access, click the admin check box (leave off for normal users)
Leave ‘main catalogue’ as the group, unless you wish to give Fine-grained access control

Add any other information you’d like to add to the user (not required)
Before saving the user, you may want to save the password if sending onto a user to login (as the password is hashed on save and not available to view, other than resetting the password)
Save the user, they are now created
